Shipping guidelines

 

1. Shipping costs

  • Shipping costs are not included in the product prices and will be calculated separately.

  • The exact costs depend on size, weight, and delivery address.

  • You will receive information about shipping costs along with your order confirmation.

 

2. Delivery times

  • Unless otherwise stated, all products are ready for immediate dispatch.

  • Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days after receipt of payment.

  • If the delivery date falls on a Saturday, Sunday or public holiday, delivery will take place on the next working day.

 

3. Shipping method

  • Shipping is done via parcel service or freight forwarding, depending on the size and weight of the goods.

  • After shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation with all relevant information.

 

4. Transfer of Risk

  • The risk of accidental loss or damage to the goods passes to the customer upon delivery.

 

5. Special Notes

  • You will be informed immediately of any delivery delays.

  • Please report any damage incurred during transport to our customer service department immediately.
