Return policy - Right of withdrawal

 

1. Right of withdrawal

Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The period begins on the day the consumer takes possession of the goods.

 

2. Exercise your right of withdrawal

You can submit a clear statement (e.g., letter, email or fax) of your decision to withdraw.
The attached sample cancellation form can be used, but is not mandatory.

 

3. Consequences of the revocation

In the event of cancellation, we will refund all payments, including delivery costs (excluding additional costs if a delivery method other than standard delivery was chosen), immediately and at the latest within 14 days of receiving the cancellation notice.
The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the original transaction. You will not incur any additional costs.

 

4. Return of goods

The goods must be returned to us immediately, at the latest within 14 days of cancellation.
The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the end of the 14 days.
The customer bears the direct costs of the return shipment.
