General Terms and Conditions
§1 Scope of Application towards Consumers and Definitions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries, services, and offers between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that can predominantly be attributed neither to their commercial nor to their independent professional activity (§ 13 BGB).
§2 Conclusion of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) Our offers are subject to change and non-binding.
(2) A contract is concluded when the customer submits an offer in writing, by email, or by telephone, and we accept this offer by written order confirmation or by carrying out the delivery.

(4) The contract text is stored by us. We send the customer the order details as well as our General Terms and Conditions in text form, e.g. by email.
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) All stated prices are in euros and include statutory VAT and other price components, plus any applicable shipping costs.
(2) The customer may pay the purchase price by
advance payment or
PayPal.
(3) In the case of payment by advance payment, the invoice amount must be transferred immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless expressly stated otherwise, all offered items are ready for immediate dispatch. Delivery usually takes place within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
(2) In the case of payment by advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order has been issued to the bank.
(3) If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the following working day.
(4) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods shall only pass to the customer upon handover.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
§6 Right of Withdrawal of the Customer as Consumer
Withdrawal Policy
Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you, or a third party designated by you who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear statement, e.g. by letter or email, of your decision to withdraw from this contract.
You may use the attached sample withdrawal form for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you for all payments received from you, including delivery costs, with the exception of any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive your notification of withdrawal.
For this reimbursement, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. You will not incur any additional costs as a result.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return the goods to us no later than fourteen days after your withdrawal.
You shall bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
