General Terms and Conditions
§1 Applicability to Consumers and Definitions
(1) These General Terms and Conditions apply to all deliveries, services, and offers between us and a consumer in the version valid at the time the contract is concluded.
(2) A consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither attributable to their commercial nor their self-employed professional activity (§ 13 German Civil Code – BGB).
§2 Conclusion of the Contract, Storage of the Contract Text
(1) Our offers are subject to change and non-binding.
(2) A contract is concluded when the customer submits an offer in writing, by email, or by telephone, and we accept this offer either by written order confirmation or by carrying out the delivery.

(4) We store the contract text. We send the customer the order details and our General Terms and Conditions in text form (e.g. by email).
§3 Prices, Shipping Costs, Payment, Due Date
(1) All prices stated are in euros and include statutory VAT and other price components, plus any applicable shipping costs.
(2) The customer may pay the purchase price by:

Advance payment, or
-
PayPal.
(3) If payment is made by advance payment, the invoice amount must be transferred immediately after conclusion of the contract.
§4 Delivery
(1) Unless expressly stated otherwise, all items offered are ready for shipment immediately. Delivery generally takes place within 3 working days after receipt of payment.
(2) In the case of advance payment, the delivery period begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the bank.
(3) If the end of the period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday at the place of delivery, the period ends on the next working day.
(4) The risk of accidental loss and accidental deterioration of the goods passes to the customer only upon handover.
§5 Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been made.
§6 Consumer’s Right of Withdrawal

Right of Withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period begins on the day on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by letter or email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal:
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs arising from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.
We will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; you will not incur any fees as a result.
We may refuse reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, whichever is the earlier.
You must return the goods to us without undue delay and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you inform us of the withdrawal.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
